A small team of directors manages both production facilities. Both plants have their own dedicated operations and engineering teams that work together very closely. “Customer intimacy” is the main focus of our organisation’s strategy. This means that we provide individual customer support through our account teams, who act as a single point of contact for all their nominated customer’s needs and enquiries. We have four such teams, each with a customer service contact, a product engineer and the area account manager. We have one team dedicated to the French market and three specialised teams for the rest of Europe.
